MailGuide is currently in pilot testing to help foreign residents in Japan understand Japanese administrative mail. It is not a government, legal, medical or financial service.

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the documents you upload and for any actions you take based on MailGuide's analysis. Do not upload My Number, passwords, PINs or complete banking credentials during the pilot.
Service availability
MailGuide may be updated, changed or suspended at any time. Access may be limited during the pilot to invited testers.
